You can manage your DNS settings on CloudFlare, add a new domain, or remove domain. Add, delete or edit DNS records. Most importantly, you can change the IP addresses of all domains at once.
With Terraform, you can quickly open a server on DigitalOcean and install OpenVPN, and when you're done, you can quickly delete the server.
You can define access to IP addresses for a few port numbers with this Bash script
